Joel Brow, owner of Broward Water Consultants, Inc parent's were the first RainSoft dealers in South Florida in 1966. Mr. Brow became a second generation RainSoft dealer when he purchased the dealership in 1983. Broward Water Consultants have many clients that have been customers for 40+ years. Joel Brow has his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology for the University of Southern California and holds a Certificate from the Water Quality Association as a certified expert level 5, as well as a certified installer. He is availible for consultation for his 10,000 active clients in his area.
