Mr. Brow, now the owner of Broward Water Consultants, Inc., became a second generation RainSoft dealer when he purchased the dealership in 1983. Joel Brow has a bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Southern California and is certified as a Water Quality Association Expert Level 5 and Installer. Preparing for a Disaster

RainSoft drinking water systems provide purified water right from the tap, but in the event of an emergency tap water may not be available. The Centers for Disease Control have guidelines for how much water to store for an emergency or natural disaster and how to safely store water. Store at least one gallon of water per person per day and a three day supply. In hot climates you should consider storing more. Don't count caffeinated drinks and alcohol as part of your drinking supply. These drinks dehydrate the body and increase the need for drinking water.
